​How Do I Place An Order?​

1.  It's best to fill out the Contact Form, on the Contact Page. Describe what you want in some detail. We will reply by text or email, as soon as possible, within 24 hours.  We can schedule a phone call to discuss your needs in depth.

2.  Or, contact us by Chat on this site. Expect a reply within 24 hours. We are likely working while you are sleeping. (Our best work is done at night)!

 

Payment & Shipping

1.  We accept PayPal, and Credit /Debit Cards.

2.  If you are local you can arrange a pick-up (and pay in cash, if preferred), or we can ship by USPS for an additional charge. Ceramic mugs ship in super-dense styrofoam packaging, so no need to worry; there is no chance of breakage in the mail.
